The grey on grey IT-science magazine creates a new chain of questions: Is it the right way these days to produce large documents grey on grey? What is the best way to communicate in the information age? Can we document with simple pictures? Do we have different types of documentation for different groups of people? Can we use colours and funny pictures to ensure that the reader doesn’t fall asleep? Do we look less intelligent in IT departments if we document the solution/issues in a simple way in order that all different areas can understand it? Today businesses have learned to deal with the complications in IT, but can IT become simple? What does it mean for the productivity in today’s banking environment? Creative thinking.
